AI Profit Centres Ltd ("we", "us", "our") provides Talking Websites — a website with a live AI voice agent — and related digital services for tradespeople and small businesses in the UK.
Who we are
Contact: support@aiprofitcentres.com · 07737 810048
AI Profit Centres Ltd, 31 C block, Balby Court Business Campus, Balby Carr Bank, Doncaster, South Yorkshire DN4 8DE, United Kingdom.
We are the data controller for personal data you give us as a prospective or existing customer (your business and contact details, payment records, and the account records we hold about you), and for data collected when you personally talk to Ollie or book a call on this site, aiprofitcentres.com.
If you are an AIPC customer running a Talking Website, a different split applies. When someone contacts your business through your site, they are giving their details to your business, for your business's purposes. You are the data controller for that data. We process it on your behalf and on your instructions, as your data processor.
What data we collect, and why
If you talk to Ollie
When you speak to Ollie on our website, your voice is processed to hold the conversation and understand what you are asking for. That includes the audio of the call and a text transcript. We use this to answer your questions, book calls, and follow up afterwards.
Lawful basis: legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where you go on to book a call or become a customer, performance of a contract.
If you book a call
If you book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the time you have chosen, via Calendly. We use this to arrange and confirm the call, and to prepare for it.
Lawful basis: performance of a contract / legitimate interest.
If we text you
We may send you SMS messages — for example a confirmation after you book a call, or a follow-up. This uses your phone number and the content of the message, sent via TextMagic.
Lawful basis: legitimate interest / performance of a contract.
If you pay us
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and the details needed to administer your account. We do not store full card numbers.
Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
If you become a customer
If you go ahead with the service, we collect and hold what we need to deliver it: your business name, contact details, address or service area, details about your business used to build your website (including photos of your work you give us), and records of the work we do for you (site audits, search ranking data, call recordings or summaries, activity history).
Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
If you visit the site
Visiting the site does not require you to give us your name. We do use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, roughly where in the country the visit came from, device type). If you arrived from an advert, we also remember which advert that was — see Cookies below.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the tools that help us deliver what you have asked for:
- ElevenLabs — processes voice conversations with Ollie.
- Calendly — handles call booking.
- TextMagic — sends SMS messages.
- Stripe — processes payments.
- Railway and Vercel — host our systems and website.
- Google — Google Analytics 4 (how the site is used) and, separately, AI coding tools used to build our systems and run search-ranking analysis against mostly public business data. Those coding tools do not see real call transcripts.
- Anthropic — powers an AI assistant used to review real call transcripts as part of quality checks, and to help run day-to-day operations.
- Anysphere, Inc. — powers an AI coding tool used to build and maintain our systems, and to gather publicly available business contact details for prospecting. It does not see real call transcript content.
Each of these is a data processor acting on our instructions, not an independent controller of your data, except where the law says otherwise.
If we have a genuine emergency — a system crash, a suspected security incident, or data corruption — a technician may need access beyond their normal role, only to diagnose or contain the problem. That access is limited to the incident.
We may also share data where required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
International transfers
Some of the services we use process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards so your data is still protected to UK standards — for example the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as adopted for UK use.
Railway, which hosts our systems, processes primarily in the United States. Those transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses plus the UK Addendum, and/or the EU–US / UK / Swiss Data Privacy Framework.
ElevenLabs, Calendly, TextMagic, Stripe, Vercel, Google, Anthropic and Anysphere may also process data outside the UK. The same class of safeguards applies.
How long we keep data
If you become a customer: your records are kept for the duration of the relationship, plus 6 years after it ends. That matches the standard limitation period for a civil claim in England and Wales.
If you contact us but do not become a customer (for example a call enquiry that does not convert): kept for 6 years from the date of that contact.
If you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will, regardless of the above.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data (in certain circumstances)
- Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability, where applicable
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these, email support@aiprofitcentres.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Children
Our services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Cookies
We use the technical cookies needed to make the site function, including the voice agent and the booking flow.
We use Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand how the site is used.
If you arrived from an advert, we store a first-party cookie for up to 90 days that remembers the advert details (for example a Google click ID and campaign). That is so we can tell whether a later booking came from that advert. It does not store your name.
We do not currently use advertising cookies from third-party ad networks beyond that attribution cookie and Google Analytics.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged clearly, not buried in a date change alone.
