Using this website

This site is a live demonstration of a Talking Website. If you talk to Ollie here, that conversation is real — not a recording. How we handle that data is set out in our privacy policy.

The site is for people running a trade or small business, or considering our service. You must be 18 or over.

What you get

We build and run a Talking Website for your business — a website with an AI voice agent (Ollie) that answers enquiries for you, 24 hours a day, plus the hosting and support to keep it running.

When someone makes an enquiry, you get a notification by email, text message or both (your choice) with their name, phone number, and the date and time they're after. What you do with the enquiry from there is up to you.

Where missed-call text-back is part of your service, a caller who misses you on your phone gets a text with a link to talk to Ollie.

Changes to your site

Small changes are included in your monthly price. A new phone number is a one-off: tell us and we'll update it.

Send us new photos (we especially encourage photos of your latest jobs) and any wording changes, because something in your business has changed, once a month. Allow a week for them to be done.

A redesign (a different look) is a separate job. It isn't included in your monthly price, and we'll agree it with you before any work starts.

Being clear it's AI

Callers always know they're talking to AI. On the website they confirm it before Ollie speaks. Through a phone link or text-back, the first thing Ollie says is that it's an AI assistant for your business. You agree not to present Ollie as a person.

What you pay

Launch price: £97 a month, locked in. No setup fee. No long term contract.

You pay monthly, in advance, by card through Stripe. Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. If that changes, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. Launch-price customers' £97 stays the same if we register, and we cover the VAT.

Launch-price customers: your price stays at £97 a month for as long as your subscription continues without a break. If you cancel and come back later, the price at that time applies. For everyone else, we give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Launch-price customer agreement

As a launch-price customer, you agree to:

• give us an honest video review after your first booked job through Ollie or after 2 months, whichever comes first. Honest means honest: we don't script it and we don't ask for a good one.
• let us film your Test Drive and a short chat at the end of your first month.

We'll ask your written permission before we record anything, and we won't publish a recording without your say-so. If you'd rather not be filmed, tell us before you sign up.

Who owns what

The site itself — the code, the design, and the hosting arrangement — belongs to AIPC. You are paying to use it, like renting a shop, not to own it, unless you buy it outright (see below). For as long as you are paying, it's yours to use, it represents your business, and nobody else can have it.

Your content — your business name, logo, photos and wording — stays yours. You give us permission to use it on your site while this agreement runs.

Your customers' data belongs to your business, not to AIPC (see "Your customers' data" below).

Your own domain

You can use your own domain name (for example yourbusiness.co.uk). You own that domain, registered in your name. We do not need to own it.

We point it for you. You give us temporary access to your domain registrar or DNS panel, or add us as an authorised user; we add the record; then you remove our access or change your password. You do not need to know how DNS works.

Buying the site outright

You can buy the site — code, content and design — at any time for a one-off payment of £3,500. Once that is paid, the monthly fee for the site ends and it's yours to host wherever you like.

The voice agent (Ollie) is a live service, not part of the code. If you want to keep it after a buyout, we agree a monthly fee for it with you at the time.

If a payment is missed

After 7 days of non-payment, we pause the service. The site comes down, and Ollie stops taking enquiries, until payment is made.

After one month of non-payment, the service is shut down.

If you pay after a pause, we restore the site. There is no reconnection fee.

Cancelling

There is no long term contract. You can cancel any time by emailing support@aiprofitcentres.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for. There are no further charges, and no refunds for part months.

When the service ends, the site comes down, Ollie stops, and your customers' data is dealt with as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.

Your customers' data

When someone contacts your business through your Talking Website, they are giving their details to your business. Under UK data protection law, you are the data controller for that data — it's yours, and you decide what happens to it. We are the data processor — we run the system that takes the enquiry and gets it to you, only on your instructions and only to provide this service.

The full details are in our Data Processing Agreement (aiprofitcentres.com/data-processing), which forms part of your agreement with us. It covers what data is involved and who helps us process it, how we keep it secure, telling you within 24 hours if there's ever a breach, helping you if a customer asks what you hold on them or asks you to delete it, and how long call records are kept.

In plain terms: you don't need to become a data protection expert. If a customer ever asks what you hold on them, or wants it deleted, tell us and we'll help you sort it quickly.

Your own data as our customer (your business details, payment records, the account we hold about you) is covered by our privacy policy. We are the data controller for that.

What we ask of you

Give us accurate information about your business for the site, and only give us content you have the right to use.

Deal with the enquiries you receive — we pass them on; we don't follow them up for you.

Use the service for a genuine trade or small business. Do not use it to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to disrupt the site or the voice agent. We may suspend the service if it is being used that way, or if keeping it up would put us, you or your callers at risk.

If something goes wrong

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise Google rankings, a set number of enquiries or jobs, or that a third party we rely on (voice, hosting, payments) will never have an outage. If one does, we work to restore the service as quickly as we can.

We are not liable for loss of profit, lost business, or indirect losses. Apart from the exceptions below, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else UK law does not let us limit. Nothing limits either party's liability under the Data Processing Agreement where the law doesn't allow it.

Changes

We may update these terms if the service changes. The date at the top will change. For a significant change, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then if you don't agree.

General and governing law

These terms and the Data Processing Agreement are the whole agreement between us about the Talking Website. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Accepting these terms

You accept these terms, including the Data Processing Agreement, when you sign your customer agreement or pay your first monthly fee, whichever comes first.
