Using this website

This site is a live demonstration of a Talking Website. If you talk to Ollie here, that conversation is real — not a recording. How we handle that data is set out in our privacy policy.

The site is for people running a trade or small business, or considering our service. You must be 18 or over.

The paid service

If you become a customer, we build and run a Talking Website for your business — a website with an AI voice agent that answers enquiries and can book jobs, plus the hosting and support to keep it running.

By paying, you agree to these terms.

What you pay

£97 + VAT a month. No setup fee. No long term contract.

You pay monthly, in advance, through Stripe. Prices are in pounds sterling. VAT is added at the rate then in force.

Who owns the site

We own the Talking Website — the code, the design, and the hosting arrangement. You are paying to use it, not to own it, unless you buy it outright (see below).

For as long as you are paying the monthly fee, the site is yours to use. It represents your business. If you stop paying, use of the site stops.

Your own domain

You can use your own domain name (for example yourbusiness.co.uk). You own that domain. We do not need to own it.

We point it for you. You give us temporary access to your domain registrar or DNS panel, or add us as an authorised user; we add the record; you can revoke that access once it is done. You do not need to know how DNS works.

Buying the site outright

You can buy the site — code, content and design — at any time for a one-off payment of £3,500. Once that is paid, the monthly fee for the site itself ends.

Hosting and the live voice agent are running services. What happens to those after a buyout is agreed with you at the time, not assumed here.

If a payment is missed

After 7 days of non-payment, we pause the site. It comes down, and the voice agent stops taking calls, until payment is made.

After one month of non-payment, the site is shut down.

Your customers' data still belongs to you. You can ask us for an export of enquiries, bookings and customer records at any point, including after shutdown, before that data is deleted under the retention period in our privacy policy.

If you pay after a pause, get in touch and we will restore the site.

Cancelling

There is no long term contract. You can cancel any time by emailing support@aiprofitcentres.com.

There is no advertised money-back guarantee. If a charge looks wrong, email us the date and amount and we will look at it.

Your customers' data

When someone contacts your business through your Talking Website, that is your customer's data, given to your business for your purposes. You are the data controller for it. We are the data processor — we run the system that captures and stores it, on your instructions.

Your own data as our customer (your business details, payment records, the account we hold about you) is covered by our privacy policy. We are the data controller for that.

Acceptable use

Use the service for a genuine trade or small business. Do not use it to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to disrupt the site or the voice agent.

We may suspend the service if it is being used that way, or if keeping it up would put us or your visitors at risk.

If something goes wrong

We provide the service with reasonable care. We do not promise Google rankings, a set number of enquiries, or that a third-party we rely on (the voice provider, payments, hosting) will never have an outage.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else UK law does not let us limit.

Changes

We may update these terms if the service changes. The date at the top will change. Significant changes will be flagged clearly, not buried in a date change alone.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
