A lot of websites are finished the day they go live, and then left. Nobody checks them. A link breaks, a form stops sending, a phone number goes out of date, and the first anyone hears about it is a customer saying "I tried to get hold of you."
When your website talks to customers and books them into your diary, that isn't good enough. Your Talking Website has to work every time someone taps the button.
Built together, so they work together
Your website and your agent aren't two products bolted together. They're built as one thing, on our system, from what you told us about your business. The answers your agent gives match what your website says. The bookings go straight into your diary. Nothing is relying on a plug-in somebody else might change next month.
That's also why we don't add an agent to a website we didn't build. On someone else's site we can't be connected to it, and we can't check it properly. On ours, we can.
Checked every hour
Your site runs on our system, so we stay connected. Every hour, an automatic check runs across every Talking Website we look after, ours included. It checks that your site is up, that your agent is connected and ready to answer, that the calendar and text tools your agent uses are wired in, and that the voice and text services behind them are running. Once a day, it also checks your site's security certificate and your domain renewal. If anything isn't right, we know about it and we're on it.
