What Happens on a Test Drive? What You See Before You Pay

Your Test Drive is where you confirm to your own satisfaction that your talking website can:

• talk to your customers
• answer questions
• book appointments into your diary

If you confirm that it can, this removes your two points of failure, answer phones and web forms.

So those customers who found you, who were then lost, instead get booked straight into your diary, 24/7.

At this point your talking website is operational but not fully finalised. Your web pages contain your content and your own agent is set up with the information you provided.

On the call

You talk to your own voice agent the way your customer would. Your voice agent then books you into your own diary. Then you watch the booking alert arrive.

Once you’re happy that it does what you want, we finalise things. You make the first month's payment £97. Then your website and your agent are commissioned, you sign off each page, and we push your site live, usually within a week and sometimes in as little as three days

How you get there

1. You talk to Ollie on our website. He explains how it works and books your specification call.
2. Your specification form, "Fill after listening", arrives by email. A voice walks you through it. It needs to be with us before your specification call.
3. Your specification call: I ring your mobile at the time you picked. It's booked for 15 minutes. I go through your answers and draw out what makes your business yours, so your site reflects your business.
4. We book your Test Drive at the end of that call.
5. We build your site and your agent, connect your agent to your diary, and test everything.
